Why EcoDrift bamboo for babies
EcoDrift is 95% bamboo viscose and 5% spandex, milled to roughly 220 GSM. Most bamboo baby pajamas on the market sit between 160 and 200 GSM. That extra weight is the difference between a garment that pills across the thighs after six washes and one that still looks like itself a year later.
Bamboo is naturally breathable and moisture-wicking, which helps babies stay comfortable through night sweats and temperature swings. Our fabric is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified to Product Class I, the strictest class, for items that go against a baby's skin. The bamboo is FSC certified and produced in a closed loop that recovers about 95% of water and solvents.
What to look for in bamboo baby pajamas
- Snug fit, not baggy. US children's sleepwear must be flame-resistant or snug-fitting. Ours is snug-fitting by design, with no flame-retardant chemistry. We recommend sizing up one from your baby's usual size.
- Dual zippers on footies. Midnight diaper changes should not require a full undress. Bottom-up access keeps the top half warm.
- Fold-over mittens. Newborns scratch their own faces. Mittens built into the cuff stay on better than separate scratch mitts.
- Tagless and soft seams. Anything that rubs at 2 a.m. will wake a light sleeper. We keep the inside of the garment as clean as the outside.

Is your sleepwear made from safe materials?
Yes! Our sleepwear is non-toxic and planet friendly. In 2025 we switched over all our new sleepwear to OEKO-TEX certified bamboo with our new EcoDrift fabric.
How do I care for and wash my sleepwear?
To maintain the quality and longevity of our footies, we recommend following the care instructions provided. Generally, machine wash them in cold water with like colors, and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents that may damage the fabric.
Can I return the sleepwear if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
Absolutely! We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging, especially for growing babies and toddlers. We offer hassle-free exchanges or returns within 30 days of delivery.
